DocPlanner is the world's largest healthcare platform, connecting 24 million patients with 280k doctors across 13 countries through brands like ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, MioDottore, DoktorTakvimi, and jameda. The company operates marketplaces, SaaS, and AI tools that help doctors, clinics, and hospitals work more efficiently.
As a Pricing Specialist, you will lead the listing-based pricing rollout across markets, diagnosing what works, proposing fixes, and rolling out to new countries with clear targets and weekly cadence. You'll own the ARPU (average revenue per user) target for your segment and drive pricing strategy across the marketplace.
Key responsibilities include: moving ARPU targets through specific pricing moves (discount discipline, package mix shifts, price resets by market); identifying pricing opportunities across the marketplace; owning pricing recommendations to GTM leadership with data-backed proposals; driving alignment across sales, local commercial, and global teams on contested pricing decisions; generating optimization hypotheses grounded in data; designing and running behavioral experiments to validate pricing moves before scaling; adjusting budget assumptions as you learn from market feedback; and maintaining country price lists in internal systems.
You'll work with a Global Pricing Director and local teams, balancing ambiguity with analytical rigor. The role requires comfort with data analysis, SQL, and Google Sheets, plus the ability to explain complex numbers simply to non-technical stakeholders. You'll need strong English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
DocPlanner values results-driven thinking, ownership mentality, simplicity, radical honesty, and continuous learning.
