Printify (part of FYUL, formed in 2024 through merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce) is seeking a Pricing Operations Specialist to transform how pricing is managed across the organization. Currently, pricing requires significant manual coordination across multiple internal teams, systems, and external partners. You'll leverage operational, procedural, and analytical perspectives to build systems, automate processes, and enhance pricing operations at scale. Your core responsibilities include: running day-to-day pricing operations to ensure prices are shipped accurately and on time across platforms; proposing and implementing strategic improvements by challenging existing pricing structures and working cross-functionally with pricing, onboarding, and pricing tech teams; identifying bottlenecks in pricing workflows and leading automation initiatives with a bias toward AI-assisted solutions; conducting in-depth analysis of price-related areas (customers, suppliers, etc.) to propose improvements that drive profitability; and developing models, reports, and dashboards that surface insights into pricing performance, margin health, and competitive positioning. You bring 2–5 years of experience in finance, pricing, business intelligence, or related analytical roles. You have a system-thinking mindset and feel compelled to fix inefficiencies at scale. You're comfortable working with large datasets, building models, and translating numbers into clear narratives. You have hands-on experience with Looker or similar BI tools and can build dashboards that people actually use. You're interested in applying AI tools to automate workflows and reduce manual labor. A solid understanding of pricing mechanics, cost structures, or supplier economics is valuable. You communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. FYUL powers on-demand commerce at global scale, serving solo creators through entertainment giants. The company is fast-growing and global, focused on powering great brands, experiences, and people.
