Printify (part of FYUL, formed in 2024 through merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce) is seeking a Pricing Operations & Automation Specialist to transform how pricing is managed across the organization. The role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and strategy, focusing on building systems and automating processes to enhance pricing operations at scale. You will own pricing operations execution, ensuring prices are shipped accurately and on time across multiple platforms and partners. You'll work closely with the pricing team, onboarding, and pricing tech teams to identify and implement strategic improvements to pricing structures and frameworks. A key focus is identifying bottlenecks in pricing workflows and leading automation initiatives, with emphasis on AI-assisted solutions to reduce manual work. Analytical work includes deep dives into price-related areas (customers, suppliers, competitive positioning) to propose improvements that drive profitability. You'll develop pricing models, reports, and dashboards using tools like Looker to surface insights into pricing performance, margin health, and competitive positioning. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in finance, pricing, business intelligence, or related analytical roles. You combine system thinking with a bias toward action—noticing inefficiency and fixing it at scale rather than just flagging it. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in BI tools (Looker preferred) are essential. You're comfortable with large datasets, building models, and translating numbers into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with or strong interest in AI tools for workflow automation is valued. Understanding of pricing mechanics, cost structures, or supplier economics is a plus. FYUL is a fast-growing global company powering on-demand commerce at scale, serving creators and brands worldwide. The team is described as supportive, ambitious, and execution-focused.
