BillionToOne is a publicly traded genomics company transforming prenatal and cancer diagnostics. The Prenatal Account Executive role is a field sales position based in East Phoenix, reporting to a Regional Manager. You will drive adoption of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen—the first and only single-gene NIPT with carrier and aneuploidy screening—among OBGYNs, maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialists, genetic counselors, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers across your territory.
Key responsibilities include: prospecting and closing new business with individual providers and health systems; developing relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical champions; managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract; creating and executing a strategic business plan to accelerate utilization in your geography; attending industry conferences and networking events; and delivering clinical education to both external clients and internal teams. You will have significant influence over how the test is positioned to physicians and patients, and how the product roadmap evolves based on market feedback.
You bring a minimum of three years of outside field sales experience in healthcare, with a proven track record of closing deals and building relationships with medical professionals. You are exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with strong presentation and consultative selling skills. You understand HIPAA compliance, patient privacy, and the ethical considerations of working in diagnostics. You thrive in startup environments, work independently, and have the drive to build a territory from the ground up. Nice-to-haves include women's health background, clinical laboratory experience, or an existing book of business you can bring to the role.
