Salary: USD 90,000 - 140,000 / annual

Seven Starling is seeking a Practice Partnership Manager to build and manage relationships with women's health providers across the Washington DC Metropolitan area. This is a full-time remote role with significant in-person travel requirements (2–4 days per week, 3 out of 4 weeks monthly) to OBGYN practices in your regional territory. In this role, you will drive the adoption of Seven Starling's mental health referral platform by securing meetings with prospective practices, leading in-person sales conversations with OBGYNs and office managers, and activating new accounts as referral partners. You will establish strong relationships with practice champions, manage ongoing account growth, introduce new service lines, and share market insights with the Growth team. You will maintain accurate CRM records, track territory performance against KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement. Key responsibilities include: - Securing and preparing meetings with prospective accounts - Leading in-person sales meetings to educate practices about Seven Starling's value proposition and referral workflows - Activating new accounts by setting up referral processes and in-office collateral - Growing accounts through relationship management and ongoing value delivery - Supporting launches of new service lines and identifying deepening opportunities - Sharing market insights and risks with the Growth team - Maintaining organized CRM records and tracking territory performance You are a mission-driven, resourceful self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills. You thrive on building authentic relationships, meeting sales targets, and working in fast-paced environments. Requirements: - At least 2+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels - Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities - Quick learner comfortable in fluid, fast-paced environments - Strong attention to detail and proficiency with CRM tools - Creative, collaborative team player - Must-haves: Healthcare experience (ideally in-clinic sales), 1–2 years at a fast-growth startup, willingness to travel weekly (2–4 days/week, 3 out of 4 weeks/month), and residence near a major airport, preferably in the DMV area
