Cyderes is seeking an experienced Practice Manager for Identity Governance to lead and scale their Identity Governance practice. This role combines people leadership, client delivery oversight, and business development responsibilities.
You will lead a team of Identity Governance consultants and architects, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions to enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include overseeing presales and solution design engagements, running client scoping workshops to define feasible IGA solutions with clear scope and timelines, and managing the practice team's professional development and technical expertise growth.
You'll collaborate with sales and other practice leaders to identify cross-sell opportunities, contribute to service offering development aligned with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and drive business development strategies for the Identity Governance practice. This includes presenting solution proposals and implementation roadmaps to clients and executives, mentoring consultants and architects, and ensuring deliverables meet client satisfaction while balancing business, technical, and compliance objectives.
The role requires deep expertise in Identity Governance platforms (SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Governance), with hands-on experience in access reviews, role-based access control, entitlement management, joiner-mover-leaver processes, and compliance reporting. You'll stay current on emerging trends and best practices, apply change management techniques to support client adoption, and identify risks and mitigation strategies across engagements.
