Salary: USD 148,000 - 172,500 / annual
Ping Identity is seeking a strategic Director of Professional Services to lead a regional services organization. This is a people-management role overseeing delivery managers, project leaders, consultants, and solution principals across the Americas.
Key responsibilities include:
**Sales & Revenue**: Partner closely with regional Sales leadership to drive services bookings, scope complex enterprise deals, and create proposals and statements of work. Actively engage in pre-sales activities to position services value and contribute to pipeline growth through thought leadership and GTM planning.
**Partner Execution**: Execute a "Partner First" strategy by developing delivery models and operational interlocks with strategic partners. Ensure high standards in partner-led engagements through onboarding, certification, delivery oversight, and quality assurance. Collaborate with Product and CX teams to enhance health scores, onboarding experience, and partner performance metrics.
**Delivery Excellence**: Own successful delivery of all professional services engagements across the Americas, meeting utilization, margin, and CSAT targets. Drive scalable, repeatable delivery models that ensure quality outcomes and mitigate delivery risk. Lead regional participation in global programs such as CX Accelerate and AI automation initiatives.
**Team Leadership**: Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team. Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer obsession. Champion career development through clear growth paths, coaching, and performance management.
Success metrics include strong sales partnerships, effective partner-led delivery scaling, hitting bookings/utilization/margin/NPS targets, and developing an engaged, high-performing team.
Required: 10+ years in Professional Services with 5+ years in senior leadership in software or cloud delivery. Proven ability to build sales partnerships, drive PS revenue, and manage delivery organizations with measurable improvements in margin and utilization. Experience with partner ecosystems and co-delivery models. Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills. IAM, cybersecurity, or cloud platform experience preferred. Ability to travel within the Americas up to 30%.
