Paytm Payments Services Limited (PPSL) is seeking a Product Manager for Devices to own and lead the device charter across Soundbox, EDC, and emerging AI-enabled devices. You will set strategy, define roadmap, and work closely with C-suite executives to drive merchant experience, operational efficiency, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the device roadmap and vision aligned to Paytm's growth strategy
- Lead end-to-end device lifecycle management: activation, monitoring, predictive health, refurbishment/replacement, and end-of-life
- Drive AI-powered device innovation, including merchant-facing AI devices and multilingual bot integration
- Influence leadership and cross-functional priorities with data-backed recommendations
- Mentor PMs and Associate PMs to build a strong device product culture
- Track industry benchmarks and competitive landscape to position Paytm devices ahead of peers
You will contribute to large-scale AI adoption strategy, cross-device predictive health models to reduce downtime, proactive merchant engagement through Device and CLM programs, and sustainability initiatives through smart refurbishment and replacement policies.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of product experience owning device, IoT, or fintech hardware products
- Strong leadership and roadmap ownership skills with C-suite level exposure
- Experience driving cross-functional programs involving engineering, business, and operations
- Strategic thinking with execution excellence
- Ability to influence stakeholders and mentor junior product managers
