Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Portfolio Messaging Strategist to define, govern, and operationalize the executive narrative for Intelligence Center X, Siemens' industrial agentic orchestration platform. Intelligence Center X is an enterprise AI platform that combines trusted data, AI/ML, agentic application development, orchestration, and governance to help organizations move from static software to intelligent, autonomous systems. The platform serves complex organizations across manufacturing, banking, insurance, financial services, and healthcare, with real production deployments at scale. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Corporate Communications. You will transform a complex portfolio of technologies into a clear, differentiated, customer outcome-driven narrative and shape how Siemens leadership communicates the value of industrial AI, agentic systems, data and knowledge foundations, intelligent applications, and workflow orchestration. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Narrative Strategy & Governance: Define and evolve the master narrative for Intelligence Center X and the broader portfolio. Build narrative frameworks grounded in customer challenges, differentiated product value, market dynamics, and Siemens' industrial expertise. Establish messaging architecture, proof points, terminology, and storytelling standards that connect corporate vision, portfolio positioning, product messaging, industry use cases, and customer outcomes. Ensure narrative consistency across executive and leadership communications and identify messaging gaps or competing narratives. Executive Storytelling & Communications: Lead strategic development of executive keynotes, high-profile presentations, customer events, analyst engagements, and executive communications. Partner with senior executives, product leaders, and subject matter experts to transform complex strategies and technical innovations into compelling, audience-specific stories. Define presentation storylines, narrative arcs, supporting proof points, visual direction, customer examples, and calls to action. Create scalable executive storytelling processes including briefing frameworks, content governance, speaker preparation, and message rehearsals. Customer & Product-Led Narrative Development: Develop deep expertise in portfolio capabilities, product roadmaps, technical architecture, customer adoption models, competitive positioning, and strategic ecosystems. Translate complex concepts such as industrial data platforms, knowledge graphs, AI and machine learning lifecycle management, low-code development, agentic workflows, governance frameworks, and human-AI collaboration into clear customer value propositions. Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, and Sales teams to connect narrative claims to measurable business outcomes and technical proof. Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence: Build trusted relationships across Siemens businesses, product organizations, marketing functions, industry teams, regions, and strategic partners. Lead narrative reviews and decision-making forums to drive alignment and resolve competing priorities. Coach executives, product marketers, and go-to-market leaders on customer-first storytelling, message hierarchy, narrative discipline, and executive presentation best practices. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communications, or a related discipline. Experience within enterprise software, industrial technology, AI, data platforms, automation, cloud technologies, or platform businesses. Demonstrated success defining category, platform, or portfolio narratives that improved market understanding, strengthened differentiation, and supported go-to-market execution. Extensive experience developing executive keynotes, leadership presentations, and high-visibility communications. Exceptional storytelling, writing, editing, and presentation development skills. Strong product marketing acumen with the ability to synthesize market trends, customer needs, product capabilities, competitive dynamics, and proof points into compelling strategic narrative. Ability to engage deeply with technical products while translating complexity into clear business value without losing credibility. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional stakeholders in a global, highly matrixed environment. Strong executive presence, communication skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
