Savvy is a Series B registered investment advisor (RIA) reinventing wealth management for independent financial advisors. The company provides a modern, AI-native platform and back-office infrastructure, allowing advisors to grow their practices without managing operations themselves. Savvy has raised $105M from top-tier investors and is growing 500% year-over-year with ~150 employees. As a Portfolio and Trading Associate, you will be central to scaling Savvy's trading and portfolio management operations. You'll manage daily portfolio activities including cash reviews, drift analysis, and tax-loss harvesting on behalf of advisors. You'll execute trades, rebalances, and cash raises using Orion Eclipse and custodian platforms, processing advisor-submitted investment tasks through internal dashboards with same-day SLA targets. Key responsibilities include implementing new accounts into Savvy's SWIM (Savvy Wealth Investment Management) platform, supporting bulk implementations to accelerate advisor adoption, and assisting with firm-wide model updates. You'll leverage AI-powered internal tools daily and help identify process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a startup environment with limited documentation. You'll need 2+ years of experience in wealth management, trading, or investment operations, with demonstrated proficiency in portfolio management software (Orion Eclipse, Schwab, Fidelity). A Series 65 license is required or must be obtained within 2 months. Strong understanding of wealth management workflows, advisor collaboration, and genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation are essential. Experience with model portfolio implementation and process improvement is a plus. The role offers competitive salary and equity, unlimited PTO, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), and a Manhattan office with lunch and snacks provided.
