Salary: USD 233,600 - 292,000 / annual
Scale is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead product design for the rapidly growing 'AI for Enterprise Data' business unit. This founding designer role will shape the user experience for a suite of AI tools serving large enterprises, including solutions for insurance AI, document processing, and other enterprise challenges.
You will own end-to-end design across multiple products, from 0-1 initiatives to scaling established offerings. Responsibilities include designing user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for desktop web applications. You'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations teams to solve complex product and business challenges. As the founding designer of this business unit, you'll advocate for user needs and help establish design patterns and systems that scale across the organization.
The role demands fast execution in a high-ambiguity environment with rapid timelines and significant scope. You'll identify product gaps, rally cross-functional support for solutions, and contribute to the evolution of the company-wide design system.
Required qualifications include proven experience leading end-to-end B2B and enterprise web applications, expert-level proficiency in Figma with demonstrated fast execution speed, and hands-on experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, domain-specific editors, and forms. You should understand front-end development processes, communicate effectively in customer-facing settings, and have a portfolio showcasing diverse product design work. Exposure to AI, machine learning, and technical concepts is a nice-to-have.
