Join ServiceNow's Customer Outcomes team as a Platform Architect, a technical advisory role focused on helping enterprise customers establish a strong technical foundation on the ServiceNow platform and design solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
You will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor across multiple customer engagements, working with executive sponsors, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams. Your responsibilities include:
- Guide customers, partners, and internal teams on ServiceNow platform best practices, instance strategy, technical governance, core data management, integrations, and platform health
- Translate customer business goals and technical requirements into comprehensive architectural blueprints designed for long-term success
- Develop deep relationships with technical and business leaders to understand how ServiceNow fits into their digital transformation vision
- Create customer roadmaps that align business objectives with technical implementation
- Engage with enterprise architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with core applications
- Manage technical governance and delivery operating models to reduce technical debt and align with ServiceNow leading practices
- Support sales efforts by scoping engagements, estimating resource requirements, and managing change orders
- Contribute to the development and documentation of leading practices and expertise across the ServiceNow platform ecosystem
- Maintain relevant certifications and stay current with platform capabilities
You bring 8+ years of progressive experience in professional services, with demonstrated success in management consulting, enterprise architecture, and large program leadership. You have hands-on experience with cloud application technologies and a track record of driving complex issues through rigorous analysis and resolution. Japanese fluency and authorization to work in Japan are required. You're comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to travel up to 20% for customer engagements.
