Re:Build Manufacturing is a rapidly growing advanced manufacturing platform partnering with industrial companies to scale production of critical products in aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy, and robotics. Composite Resources, a Re:Build subsidiary in Rock Hill, SC, manufactures composite components and tooling for aerospace and defense clients. You will lead the expansion of Composite Resources into a new production facility with new capabilities and high-volume production. This is a full P&L responsibility role managing operations, engineering, quality, finance, and human resources teams. Key responsibilities include: - Leading the launch and ramp of a new production facility while maintaining continuity of current high-volume product lines - Managing P&L, developing budgets, financial plans, and performance metrics - Building and developing a high-performing cross-functional team - Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with customer commitments and profitability objectives - Deploying production systems and metrics focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) - Supporting customer engagements and business development - Implementing Lean operating principles and continuous improvement culture - Fostering accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence aligned with Re:Build Way principles You bring 15+ years of progressive leadership in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or related sectors. You have deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chains, and regulatory environments. You've successfully managed complex technology projects, P&L responsibility, and budget development. You possess strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills, with outstanding communication and leadership abilities. Bachelor's degree required (MBA or MS Engineering strongly preferred).
