WelbeHealth is seeking a Talent Acquisition Program Manager to lead physician and executive clinical recruitment initiatives. This role sits within the People department as part of the TA leadership team and is accountable for managing complex recruitment programs critical to the company's growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the design and execution of recruitment strategies for physician and clinical leadership roles, with full accountability for evaluation and outcomes
- Managing the complete recruiting lifecycle for complex, hard-to-fill positions, partnering with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and job specifications
- Developing and implementing innovative sourcing and pipelining strategies to build proactive talent pipelines for competitive clinical markets
- Serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, leveraging market intelligence and talent insights to influence hiring decisions
- Building and maintaining active and passive candidate pipelines while managing the candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation
- Acting as a subject matter expert, coach, and mentor to the broader TA team
- Building WelbeHealth's employment brand through social media, recruitment platforms, and professional networks
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with increasing scope
- Minimum 2 years of physician recruitment experience (medical director and clinical leadership recruitment strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success managing senior leadership expectations and delivering strategic partnership
- Proven ability to create innovative sourcing strategies for complex, hard-to-fill roles
- Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting processes including sourcing, employment branding, talent marketing, networking, and offer negotiation
- Prior experience in both agency and in-house recruiting preferred
