Qualtrics is seeking an Accounting Controller to lead the Press Ganey Forsta (PGF) business lines' accounting function globally, based in the Provo office. Reporting to the Global Head of Accounting, you will manage general accounting operations for PGF, oversee month-end/quarterly/annual close processes for 25+ legal entities, and play a key leadership role in global consolidation and financial reporting.
Key responsibilities include: leading and managing the PGF Accounting Team (recruitment, performance management, development); owning entity-level and consolidated financial statements; managing global consolidation and reporting including cash flows, P&L, and balance sheet reviews; ensuring compliance with US GAAP; reviewing journal entries, general ledger accounts, and reconciliations; maintaining consistent accounting and financial controls across the business; partnering with international accounting teams on local compliance requirements; coordinating with tax professionals on transfer pricing and tax compliance; working directly with external and internal auditors; collaborating with FP&A on process improvements and variance analysis; developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies; leading design and implementation of accounting system integrations; and executing ad hoc finance projects as needed.
