You will be a hands-on, execution-focused Performance Marketing Specialist supporting the growth of Phoenix's customer acquisition through paid media. Working closely with senior marketers, creative teams, and product partners, you'll manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat to drive measurable growth and improve conversion efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat)
- Monitor and optimize the customer acquisition funnel, identifying and addressing inefficiencies
- Analyze campaign performance using core KPIs (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS) and share insights with the marketing team
- Build and refine audience targeting and segmentation to improve conversion rates and traffic quality
- Partner with creative and marketing teams to test ad copy, visuals, and landing page variations
- Run A/B tests and structured experiments to improve campaign performance
- Manage budget pacing and channel-level optimizations for efficient spend
- Develop and execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns for high-intent users
- Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards to track performance and surface trends
- Stay informed on platform updates, best practices, and emerging performance marketing tools

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance or paid media marketing
- Experience executing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (additional channels a plus)
- Experience managing at least 6-figure monthly budgets
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry involving policy issues (health and wellness, pharma, cannabis, etc.)
- Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform reporting
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and data-driven optimization
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional partners
- Growth mindset with eagerness to learn, test, and iterate
- Passion for improving the Canadian healthcare experience and personal connection to the space (preferred)
