The ADAS Performance Manager plays a critical role in enabling the success of dealerships, fleet operators, and collision repair centers by providing expert insights and training on ADAS calibration, documentation, and workflow optimization. This position requires familiarity with automotive technologies and repair practices, insurance claims processes, and software as a service. You will be responsible for account and revenue growth, which requires a blend of collision repair expertise, repair estimate accuracy, customer relationship management, and a passion for driving operational excellence in the automotive service industry. Over time, the scope of this role may expand to include oversight and support of a team of Solutions Leads, ensuring consistent delivery of customer training, performance evaluations, and support across assigned territories. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships to improve customer retention and service - Deliver training to improve how customers value and prioritize ADAS calibration, diagnostics, and best practices - Conduct regular on-site customer visits to ensure proficiency with calibration processes, software usage, and documentation standards - Support pre- and post-scan processing for key accounts - Manage and coach Customer Success team members to achieve customer growth, retention, and satisfaction targets - Improve products and services by sharing valuable insights, recommendations, and customer feedback with product, operations, and technical teams - Monitor performance metrics to identify training needs and process improvements - Ensure customers view Kinetic as responsive and supportive by promptly addressing inquiries and troubleshooting needs - Lead customer onboarding and ensure successful implementation of Kinetic's calibration and software solutions - Invest constantly in subject matter expertise and technical knowledge by staying current on OEM requirements, industry standards, and ADAS documentation trends Required Qualifications: - Familiarity with automotive technologies, collision repair practices, repair estimates, and insurance claims processes - Experience working with automotive repair estimating software, such as CCC and Mitchell - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers at all levels - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of managing and delivering against multiple, simultaneous priorities - Leadership experience or team management background (ideal, though not a requirement) - Willingness to spend 3-4+ days per week driving to customer locations, as well as traveling to industry events, as needed - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle records (MVR) check
