You bring 4+ years of hands-on experience managing internal or people technology in high-growth environments, with deep expertise in modern HRIS platforms and cloud-based integrations. You're a systems-oriented builder who sees manual processes and instinctively thinks automation, standardization, or elimination. You balance technical execution with long-term strategic thinking, are strong at stakeholder management, and can translate between technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with people analytics, agentic workflows, Hibob, and Ashby is a plus.
