As People Tech Manager, you'll lead the design, implementation, and scaling of systems, tools, and data infrastructure powering people operations during rapid geographic expansion and legal entity creation. Reporting to the People Tech Lead, you'll work hands-on across the HR tech stack while partnering with People Enablement, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders.
Key responsibilities include managing the HRIS, ATS, document management systems, and cloud-based integrations; configuring systems for scalability, security, and regulatory compliance; maintaining data accuracy and system reliability; evolving integrations for seamless data flows; ensuring strong data governance; translating HR operations and regulatory requirements into scalable, system-driven processes; automating onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and lifecycle events; enabling the People team through intuitive processes and training; deploying AI-enabled tooling for high-volume processes like ticket triage and document generation; and partnering with the People function to identify and implement AI solutions.
You bring 4+ years managing internal or people technology in high-growth environments with deep hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms. You're a systems-oriented builder comfortable configuring complex workflows, maintaining integrations, and planning for organizational scale. You have technical fluency with cloud-based integrations and event-driven workflows, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with people analytics, agentic workflows, Hibob, and Ashby is a plus.
