Salary: USD 85,000 - 95,000 / annual
Fabletics seeks a People Team Business Partner to serve as a key operational and strategic partner within the HR function. This role bridges the People Team and a designated business cohort, providing day-to-day HR support, change management guidance, and culture advocacy.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with employees on career development, benefits, and personal HR matters; managing employee administration (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, leaves of absence, worker's compensation); supporting employee relations, performance management, and investigations; ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies; conducting manager and employee training on HR topics; collaborating on headcount planning and talent strategies; and analyzing HR metrics to inform talent initiatives.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills, authentic communication, and the ability to consult effectively across functions. You'll work closely with the Lead Business Partner and broader HR team to foster an engaged, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of HR experience (generalist support, business partnering, talent acquisition, people operations, or culture roles), preferably in startup, technology, or e-commerce environments. You should have solid knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and systems; strong Excel and analytical capability; and the ability to move through ambiguity while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Foundational AI literacy and comfort experimenting with generative AI tools are valued.
