Snowflake seeks a People Systems Analyst to join the People Technology team as a key business systems partner. You will bridge People Operations stakeholders and the HR/talent platforms that power their work, owning end-to-end project delivery from discovery through hypercare support. Key responsibilities include partnering with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams to conduct discovery and translate business needs into system solutions. You'll lead project delivery for system implementations and enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, UAT planning and execution, cutover coordination, and go-live deployment. You will create and own test plans, test scripts, and defect tracking; lead structured testing cycles and coordinate cross-functional testers to ensure quality outcomes. Day-to-day, you'll administer and support HR systems including ServiceNow HRSD and Ashby (Applicant Tracking System), resolving production issues and delivering enhancement requests. You'll triage and manage the support queue, troubleshooting system issues, researching root causes, routing escalations, and communicating resolution timelines. Data integrity across HR platforms is critical—you'll ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and security policies. You'll document processes, configuration decisions, and procedures, and assist with end-user training and guide creation. The role emphasizes leveraging AI tools to improve, automate, and operationalize tasks across the People Systems function. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of hands-on business systems analyst experience in HR technology, including discovery, requirements documentation, testing, and deployment ownership. Experience supporting implementations in high-growth, global environments is essential. You should demonstrate strong ability to lead UAT and regression testing, manage cutover planning and go-live coordination, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented documentation practices, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects are required. Bonus experience includes ServiceNow HRSD administration, Ashby or comparable ATS support, Workday HCM, and HR data governance practices.
