Reflection AI is seeking a People Systems Senior Analyst to build and scale the technology infrastructure supporting the People team. This is a hands-on role that blends systems expertise, operational thinking, and analytical rigor. You will lead the implementation of Workday as Reflection's global HRIS system, partnering with internal stakeholders and implementation consultants through design, testing, go-live, and stabilization phases. Following successful implementation, you'll become the long-term owner and administrator of the platform, ensuring it evolves with the company's growth. Key responsibilities include: - Leading Workday implementation end-to-end, managing design, testing, and go-live - Owning ongoing administration, configuration, and optimization of Workday Core HCM - Designing and improving scalable People processes, workflows, approvals, and automations across the employee lifecycle - Evaluating and implementing new Workday functionality and modules as the business scales - Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and calculated fields that provide actionable insights for People, Finance, and business leaders - Partnering cross-functionally to improve data quality, reporting, and integrations across the People technology ecosystem - Maintaining system documentation, governance, security, and data integrity - Identifying opportunities to simplify manual processes and improve the employee and People team experience through technology - Defining and executing the long-term People systems roadmap as Reflection scales globally Required qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience - Deep experience administering Workday, including Core HCM - Experience leading or playing a key role in a Workday implementation - Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business processes, security, and reporting - Experience building reports, dashboards, and calculated fields within Workday - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills - Ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Continuous improvement mindset with passion for building scalable systems Bonus qualifications include experience with additional Workday modules (Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learning, Absence), People Analytics, integrations with systems like Ashby or Okta, Workday Pro certifications, or experience in high-growth technology companies.
