As a People Specialist focused on Rewards, you'll be a key member of the Compensation and Rewards team, ensuring Revolut maintains best-practice standards in compensation and benefits. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leveraging market knowledge and trends to support business goals and keep Revolut at the forefront of compensation and benefits practices
- Leading the annual benefits policy lifecycle, including vendor negotiation and internal rollout
- Providing end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration, including benchmarking, survey submission, and salary reviews
- Reviewing and updating compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and data repositories
- Supporting implementation of new compensation and benefits policies globally, ensuring consistency and compliance
- Collaborating with the Rewards team on ad-hoc projects and initiatives
You'll need 2+ years of corporate or consulting experience in Rewards or HR, with strong analytical and Excel skills. You should be comfortable with data management, creative problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Nice-to-haves include startup or fintech experience, CIPD qualification, international team experience, and knowledge of local employment law.
