Datadog is seeking a People Solutions Coordinator to join its global People Team in New York. This role offers a ground-floor opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience at a high-growth tech company scaling rapidly.
You will serve as the first point of contact for the People Services Center, triaging and resolving employee questions. Key responsibilities include owning the administrative execution of new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee data and changes throughout the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
You will coordinate with cross-functional teams including Recruiting, IT, Payroll, and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes and engaging onboarding experiences. You'll organize and maintain internal documentation, develop and update knowledge base resources to empower employee self-service, and assist with salary and stock administration.
The ideal candidate is curious about HR as a career path and eager to improve processes around payroll, benefits, and administrative support. You should be comfortable handling confidential material, maintain high professionalism, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in Excel and Google for Enterprise is required.
