The People Services Associate is the frontline of People Services, responsible for delivering accurate, timely, high-quality support across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Manager, People Services, you will own your work with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine service orientation. This is a high-volume, transactional role where precision is critical—getting it right the first time is the standard. Key responsibilities include: - Deliver accurate People Services support across onboarding, employee changes, records, offboarding, and everyday employee questions - Own cases end-to-end with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every transaction is correct on first attempt - Provide warm, responsive, service-first experiences in all employee interactions - Meet or exceed service levels for response time, resolution time, and quality - Maintain accurate data and records in People systems for every transaction - Follow SOPs and playbooks closely with clear, consistent documentation - Apply critical thinking to identify friction, errors, and recurring issues; recommend process and automation improvements - Resolve routine and mid-complexity cases; escalate complex cases appropriately - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Partner with teammates, People Partners, and HR Technology for clean handoffs - Support compliance and data accuracy in day-to-day execution The role operates on rotational shifts on a monthly basis: First Shift (2:00 PM–11:00 PM) and Second Shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM). Requirements: - 2+ years in People/HR operations, shared services, or support and service-delivery roles - Exceptional attention to detail and track record of accurate, high-quality work - Strong service orientation and empathy; genuine enjoyment of helping people - Global experience and knowledge of U.S. processes; ability to work in U.S. time zones - Critical thinking and continuous-improvement mindset - Strong organization and ability to manage high volume without quality degradation - Comfort working in People systems and case-management or workflow tools; quick learner - Clear, professional written and verbal communication - Discretion and sound judgment with confidential information - Comfort in fast-paced, changing environments - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; interest in AI and automation is a plus
