Precision for Medicine, a global precision medicine clinical research services organization, is hiring a People Services Advisor to provide first-line HR support to employees across the organization working remotely from France.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and managers, resolving a broad range of HR queries across multiple disciplines including benefits, payroll, compensation, employee data, and HR policies. You will triage and route complex inquiries to appropriate HR specialists or Country People Partners when specialist expertise or local knowledge is required, ensuring consistent interpretation of global HR processes.
Key responsibilities include managing HR service requests through case management systems, maintaining accurate case documentation, and ensuring service level expectations are met. You will support standardized HR processes including new hire onboarding administration, employee data changes and updates, leave and absence administration coordination, and offboarding/exit administration.
You will maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, ensure timely and accurate data entry for HR transactions, and support data validation and reporting requests. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining the HR knowledge base, promote employee self-service and HR digital tools, and identify recurring queries to support improvements to HR processes and documentation.
The ideal candidate has experience working in HR operations, HR shared services, or HR administration, preferably in an international company. Experience with French work councils is preferred. You should have strong customer service skills, proficiency with HRIS systems and case management tools, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, clear communication, problem-solving skills, and comfort with digital platforms and AI-enabled tools are essential. Fluent English communication is required. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred but not essential; working towards professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is desirable.
