Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform, enabling individuals to trade on real-world outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. The company processed $21B in trading volume in 2025 and is positioned as an alternative news source with significant growth momentum. The People Programs role owns the full employee experience and culture infrastructure at a fast-growing company. This is a high-autonomy position on a small, lean People team with no bureaucracy or delegation layers. You'll design and execute programs that scale as the company grows, moving from ad hoc initiatives to repeatable, measurable processes. Key responsibilities include: designing and managing the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, exit processes); leading culture and engagement programming (onsites, offsites, biweekly events, recognition, ERGs) in partnership with the Workplace team; designing and running engagement surveys, pulse checks, and quarterly listening tours, then translating insights into program changes; building manager-facing infrastructure and self-service tools to reduce People Team dependency; systematizing ad hoc programs (swag, conference perks) with clear ownership and cadence; managing vendor relationships and budgets across events, swag, and conferences while reporting impact to leadership; and independently running the internship program from design through execution. You'll need 3–5 years of hands-on people programs experience at a tech company or high-growth startup, with direct ownership of outcomes (not coordinator-level work). Ideal candidates have solo experience owning onboarding or performance cycles end-to-end, proven vendor and budget management across multiple simultaneous programs, strong program design instincts with a focus on repeatability and documentation, and the ability to tie programs to measurable outcomes. You should be comfortable with high autonomy, shifting priorities, and strong written communication. Plus experience includes ERG program support, background spanning both lifecycle and culture/events work, and familiarity with HRIS and survey tools (Workday, Lattice, Culture Amp, etc.).
