Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual

As a People Program Manager, you will partner with teams and leaders across the business to drive execution, manage program lifecycles, and build scalable organizational solutions. You will serve as the directly accountable owner for key People Programs spanning talent acquisition, compensation, and other critical HR workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives
- Develop, own, and maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery
- Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to tackle complex problems and design key analyses that influence operational decisions
- Build trust and credibility with senior partners, translating complex people data into clear, actionable project plans
- Communicate across teams, bridging different parts of the organization and crafting compelling narratives that align stakeholders and drive positive program outcomes
- Demonstrate insanely high execution standards, seeing projects through from conception to tactical completion

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting
- Proven experience managing end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to present complex project details, trade-offs, and metrics clearly and concisely
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
