Neko Health is a preventative healthcare company using proprietary technology and clinical care to deliver personalized health insights in non-invasive visits. As People Partner UK Lead, you will own the full people strategy for Neko's largest clinical market, balancing strategic scaling with day-to-day operational excellence across UK clinics.
You will serve as the primary people partner to UK clinical leadership—from senior operations and medical leaders to frontline clinic managers—owning workforce planning, organizational design, and talent decisions for the clinical population. You'll sit at the leadership table as the voice of the people agenda, supporting talent development and internal mobility routes that enable clinical staff to grow into deeper expertise, wider scope, or leadership roles.
Embedded in clinics, you'll spend regular time understanding how work actually happens, building trust with teams through consistent presence and follow-through. You'll stay close to member experience as a signal of team resourcing, structure, and leadership quality. You'll coach clinic leaders through hiring, performance management, and difficult conversations, building leadership capability and multi-way feedback culture that prevents employee relations issues from escalating.
You'll use staffing patterns, clinical pipeline data, and on-the-ground signals to inform workforce decisions ahead of need. You'll integrate data and AI into people operations—sharper decisions, less manual work, more time on high-impact judgment calls. You'll spot strain, inconsistency, or risk early and address it before it affects member care. You'll drive change from decision to genuine adoption, bringing clinic teams along without pausing delivery.
Operating as part of Neko's global People Partner team, you'll help drive clinical strategy while bringing UK clinical reality into global decisions, ensuring scale-level choices hold up on the ground. This role requires 8+ years as a senior People/HR Business Partner supporting both senior leadership and frontline managers in larger teams, with proven experience holding local delivery mandates while contributing to cross-market strategy. You'll need fluency with people data, active use of AI in your own work, and the ability to tie people decisions to actual customer/member experience. Strong in building leadership capability and culture; working knowledge of UK employment law with judgment to escalate specialist needs. Based in London with regular clinic presence required.
