Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 / annual

You'll serve as a strategic People Partner supporting the Go-to-Market organization (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, GTM Operations) from the NYC office. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role working closely with GTM leadership to build scalable people strategies, programs, and policies as the organization grows rapidly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating business priorities into people strategies: org design, workforce planning, talent development
- Serving as primary HR advisor for GTM employees and managers on performance management, employee relations, coaching, and policy guidance
- Leading core HR cycles: performance reviews, compensation planning, promotions, engagement surveys
- Analyzing people data and GTM-specific metrics (attrition, ramp time, quota attainment) to identify trends and recommend interventions
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition on headcount planning and hiring strategy for GTM roles
- Supporting org changes and role transitions, particularly around sales compensation structures and commission plans
- Driving change management for company-wide People initiatives within GTM
- Coaching frontline and senior GTM managers on leadership and people management
You'll need 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2+ years supporting Sales, Marketing, or GTM/commercial functions. Sales compensation experience is a strong plus. Proven track record as an HRBP in high-growth, fast-paced SaaS/tech environments preferred. Strong competencies include employee relations, performance management, organizational design, people analytics, excellent judgment with confidential matters, and credible influence with senior commercial leaders. Working knowledge of NY State and NYC employment law required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
