Salary: USD 100,000 - 185,000 / annual
Gecko Robotics is seeking a People Partner to scale the People function as the company grows. The role is responsible for driving culture and performance across the organization while partnering with department heads and managers to develop talent and build scalable processes.
Key responsibilities include embedding deeply in performance management processes (reviews, 360s, 1:1s), actively engaging with employees across the entire lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, ongoing development, exit interviews), and synthesizing themes to continuously improve culture and employee experience. You will create and lead learning and development initiatives to ensure growth and people development across the organization.
The role requires driving implementation of people and culture analytics to enable data-driven decision-making for managers and departments. You will maintain in-depth knowledge of employment law, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to ensure compliance and reduce legal risks. Additional responsibilities include communicating essential information to employees, establishing employee recognition programs, coaching leaders through performance concerns, and championing Gecko's culture and values.
Required qualifications include at least 2 years of HRBP or People Partner experience, demonstrated problem-solving and talent development abilities, general HR law knowledge, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and experience with organizational development, employee relations dispute resolution, and process design. Preferred experience includes scaling programs at companies under 500 employees, working in rapidly growing startups, and implementing learning and development programming.
