Acceldata is a data observability platform helping enterprises manage and observe data across pipelines and infrastructure. The People Partner role is a strategic HR position serving as the primary people advisor for designated business groups.
You will be the trusted HR partner for employees and managers, handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations. You'll conduct stay interviews and listening sessions to surface insights on employee experience and organizational health. As a manager partner, you'll advise on people decisions, policy interpretation, team dynamics, and employee situations while equipping managers with tools and frameworks to lead effectively.
Key responsibilities include monitoring business group health through engagement signals, retention patterns, and performance trends, bringing recommendations to leadership proactively. You'll own the talent management agenda—identifying capability gaps, designing competency frameworks, and building succession plans for critical roles. You'll conduct structured talent reviews assessing performance and potential, identifying high-potential employees and flight risks.
You'll design and deliver learning programs, conduct ongoing learning needs assessments, and track development investment impact. Supporting internal mobility, you'll help employees understand career pathways and connect talent to opportunities. You'll build a culture of continuous feedback and development, making growth a lived experience. You'll also support annual and mid-year performance processes, coach managers and employees through feedback conversations, and identify emerging trends from performance cycles to share with HR leadership.
