RELEX Solutions is a global supply chain planning platform company with over 2,000 professionals. The company delivers unified solutions for retailers and manufacturers, leveraging AI technology to optimize demand forecasting, replenishment, merchandising, pricing, and production planning.
You will join the People Operations team as a People Operations Specialist, supporting the Nordic region (Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway). This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy to shape and modernize HR processes while being backed by a global People team of 50 professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full employee lifecycle support from onboarding through offboarding
- First point of contact for HR matters across the Nordic region
- Supporting team leads and colleagues with people-related topics including time-off, benefits, and compensation
- Payroll input preparation and coordination with external payroll vendors
- HR system (Workday) updates and employee data quality management
- Writing and maintaining people policies, team lead guides, and training sessions
- Handling employee escalation cases in collaboration with senior colleagues
You bring solid People Operations experience in the Nordic region, preferably in multi-country global environments. You have hands-on experience with HR systems, people policies, compensation and benefits, and payroll cycles. You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive responsibility-taking, excellent organizational abilities, and a can-do attitude. You thrive in fast-paced, developing environments and enjoy working in multicultural settings.
