As a People Operations Specialist, you will design and build operational systems and workflows that remove friction from people processes and empower teams to perform at their best. Rather than enforcing traditional HR bureaucracy, you'll create automated, fluid tools and pathways—like streamlined onboarding systems—that support autonomy, responsibility, and trust across the organization.
You will work with managers and teams to understand pain points in how people experience work, then architect solutions that scale without adding complexity. This includes designing workflows, implementing tools, optimizing processes, and ensuring every team member has the support they need from day one. The role requires someone who understands that adult professionals thrive with autonomy rather than rigid top-down rules.
