As a People Operations Specialist reporting to the People Operations & People Program Lead, you will execute and continuously improve operational processes across the entire employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on role that partners closely with People Partners, People Tech, Payroll, Legal, and Finance teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute and improve core People Operations processes with speed and accuracy across onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leave, and organizational updates
- Own day-to-day administration of employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain high-quality employee data across all People processes
- Build, document, and maintain scalable operating procedures and playbooks for consistent global execution
- Coordinate People Operations activities across multiple stakeholders, countries, and time zones
- Identify manual work and operational inefficiencies, proposing and implementing improvements
- Partner with People Tech to improve workflows and prepare processes for automation
- Support international expansion, acquisitions, and organizational changes
- Establish operational metrics and monitor service quality
You bring 5+ years of People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Administration experience in fast-growing companies. You have exceptional attention to detail, strong administrative skills managing high volumes of employee lifecycle activities, and experience as a power user of HR systems. You're highly organized with excellent prioritization skills, comfortable with rapidly changing priorities, and possess a continuous improvement mindset. Strong written documentation skills and independent work capability are essential. Experience with agentic workflows in People processes is a plus.
