You'll join the People Systems team as a UKG Pro Analyst, serving as the primary subject matter expert for day-to-day system support, report building, and configuration. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with real ownership over a critical platform that enables Dandy's global operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the go-to UKG Pro expert, fielding requests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality support to internal stakeholders
- Manage and triage incoming People Systems requests through Jira, ensuring proper prioritization, tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in UKG Pro to support HR, Finance, and business leaders
- Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules including core HR, timekeeping, accruals, and scheduling
- Document system processes, configuration changes, and reporting standards to support scalability and governance
- Partner with the People Ops team to identify recurring issues and address root causes
You bring 3-5 years of hands-on UKG Pro experience with strong proficiency in report building (Cognos or UKG Reporting) and system configuration. You're experienced managing incoming requests through ticketing systems like Jira, have a customer-first mindset, and maintain meticulous attention to detail with a track record of data integrity. Experience with SOX audit controls is a plus. You manage competing priorities effectively and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
