StubHub is seeking a People Operations Partner to join the People team, reporting to the Head of People Operations. This role serves as part of the operational backbone of the People function, owning key employee lifecycle operations and helping scale how the organization operates.
Key responsibilities include executing day-to-day People Operations across the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, benefits operations, leave administration, employee documentation, and compliance initiatives. You'll provide timely guidance to employees, build self-service resources, and make it easier for staff to access critical information.
You'll partner closely with the People team and cross-functional partners to execute key priorities, manage projects, and drive initiatives from planning through execution. This includes assisting with recurring People programs and cyclical initiatives, ensuring timelines, communications, system updates, and execution stay on track.
Additional responsibilities include managing external vendors by coordinating implementations, supporting contracts and invoicing, and resolving operational issues. You'll maintain accurate employee data by managing updates across People systems, auditing records, and contributing to data governance.

You'll help evolve People programs and operations by identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and build more scalable ways of working. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office and 2 days remote, with flexibility between Los Angeles and New York City offices.
