StubHub, a global live events marketplace, is seeking a People Operations Partner to join the People team reporting to the Head of People Operations. This role serves as part of the operational backbone of the People function, owning key employee lifecycle operations while improving and scaling how the team operates.
Key responsibilities include executing day-to-day People Operations across the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, leave management, documentation, and compliance initiatives. You'll provide timely guidance to employees, build self-service resources, and make information more accessible across the organization.
You'll partner closely with the People team and cross-functional stakeholders to execute priorities, manage projects, and drive initiatives from planning through completion. This includes assisting with recurring People programs and cyclical initiatives, ensuring timelines, communications, and system updates stay on track.
Additional responsibilities encompass managing external vendors by coordinating implementations, supporting contracts and invoicing, and resolving operational issues. You'll maintain accurate employee data by managing updates across People systems, auditing records, and contributing to data governance practices.
