Culture Amp is the world's leading employee experience platform serving 25 million employees across 6,000+ companies. The People Operations Partner role sits at the heart of delivering a seamless, fair, and human-centered employee experience for Culture Amp's global workforce.
You will own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, managing onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, contract changes, and leave management across multiple jurisdictions. This includes understanding and adhering to local compliance requirements while ensuring every employee transition is handled with care and accuracy.
A key aspect of this role is co-creating AI-powered solutions with the People and Systems Analyst. You'll bring operational expertise to design, test, and iterate on tools that modernize how People Ops functions. You'll contribute to how solutions get built and own the tooling once deployed, bridging the gap between operational needs and technical implementation.
You'll support compliance and policy coordination by tracking training completion, maintaining jurisdiction-specific compliance checklists, and proactively flagging anomalies. Maintaining HRIS data integrity is non-negotiable—you understand that AI outputs are only as good as the data feeding them.
A core expectation is proactively identifying and surfacing process improvements. You'll spot manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes and bring them forward with clear problem articulation and proposed solutions.
You bring 1–3 years in HR Operations, People Operations, or similar operational generalist roles. You have a demonstrated track record of building solutions to process problems—automating workflows, replacing spreadsheets with tools, or creating systems to manage previously scattered data. You're comfortable with automation and AI tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, ChatGPT, Claude) and have hands-on exposure to HRIS platforms like Workday or BambooHR. Multi-jurisdiction experience (AU, multi-state US, UK) is advantageous.
You're detail-oriented and data-driven, understanding that accuracy is foundational. You're a builder at heart, compelled to fix inefficient processes rather than just flag them. You thrive at the intersection of operational rigor and emerging technology.
