Audit system permissions and workflows regularly to ensure security, privacy, and intuitive user experience.
Operational Excellence & Employee Lifecycle: Standardize end-to-end employee lifecycle from seamless global onboarding to professional offboarding. Design and manage scalable benefits, leave-of-absence programs, and perks competitive across international markets. Build a tiered internal support model to resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and policies with high speed and accuracy.
Governance, Compliance & Policy: Monitor and implement labor law changes across all operating jurisdictions to ensure compliance. Author and maintain the Global Employee Handbook with clear, culturally relevant, legally sound policies. Establish audit protocols and documentation standards for regulatory requirements.
Data & Insights: Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure to provide leadership with reliable insights on headcount, retention, cost, and organizational health. Develop predictive analytics to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
You will balance technical systems management with deep understanding of global labor compliance, ensuring the People function remains robust, flexible, and fair as Alpaca scales.
