As Manager of People Operations, you will be the operational engine driving Habitat Health's people function during a period of significant growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of People, you will design, build, and scale core HR processes that support the full employee lifecycle across a multi-state healthcare organization.
Key responsibilities include:
• Partner with the Sr. Director of People to create and lead scalable, innovative processes for onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and team member lifecycle management in preparation for rapid expansion.
• Leverage AI tools and systems to optimize and automate people operations processes and workflows, improving efficiency and consistency.
• Drive policy creation, audit readiness, and compliance governance across multiple states, with specialized expertise in California employment law and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with Executive Directors and Clinical Leadership to design and optimize physician onboarding programs tailored to healthcare delivery needs.
• Maintain and enhance HR systems, data integrity, and reporting to support decision-making and organizational growth.
