As People Operations Lead, you will own the end-to-end people operations function for a rapidly growing organization. This role involves building and scaling HR infrastructure, managing talent acquisition and onboarding, developing people policies and processes, overseeing employee engagement and retention initiatives, and partnering with leadership on organizational design and culture. You will be responsible for managing the people operations team, ensuring compliance with employment law, administering benefits and payroll systems, and serving as a strategic partner to the executive team on workforce planning and talent strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both operational excellence and the ability to think strategically about how people operations can support company growth and mission.
