Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 / annual

As People Operations Generalist, you will own the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee data across HRIS and payroll systems, developing and enforcing HR policies and templates, managing internal employee communications, and resolving employee relations issues with discretion and sound judgment. You'll coordinate with Finance on payroll, compensation changes, and compliance audits. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters, managing calendars, interview scheduling, and coordination across multiple hiring managers.
You bring 5+ years of HRBP, People Operations, or HR Generalist experience in high-growth environments. You have a strong operator mindset with a proven track record of owning end-to-end processes. You're detail-oriented, highly organized, and execution-focused, with excellent written and verbal communication. You handle sensitive and confidential matters with high judgment and can bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations. Familiarity with US employment practices, payroll coordination, and compliance is a plus.
