Chainalysis, a blockchain analytics platform, is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join its People Operations and Technology team in New York. This role is central to building a scalable, data-driven employee experience through thoughtful system design, automation, and insights.
Key responsibilities include managing core employee lifecycle processes in Workday (hiring, internal job changes, exits), serving as a first point of contact for employee inquiries via ticketing systems, and owning data integrity across people systems through regular audits. You'll identify opportunities to automate manual People processes using AI and workflow tools, build and maintain the People team's internal knowledge base, and assist with global benefit administration.
Additional duties encompass supporting compliance and audit readiness (SOC 2, regulatory requirements, employee handbook), developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and process documentation, and partnering with cross-functional teams (Finance, BizTech, Legal, Security) to resolve process, program, and data issues.
Required qualifications include the highest degree of integrity, maturity and discretion with sensitive information, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Google Suite, and a team-first, customer-oriented approach. Nice-to-have experience includes familiarity with Workday, Atlassian, HR compliance programs, People Operations or program management roles, and hands-on experience with AI and automation tools.
