This People Operations role owns the operational backbone of the company as it scales. You will build and execute recruiting infrastructure and processes to support fast hiring. You'll run new employee onboarding end-to-end, ensuring smooth integration of new team members. Payroll administration falls under your purview—managing all aspects from processing to compliance. You'll also handle compensation logistics including offer letters, equity grants, and cap table management.
The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of operations, HR, or administrative experience. You're communicative, high-trust, and skilled at conflict resolution. You demonstrate high ownership, are deeply operational, and have exceptional attention to detail. You thrive in fast-growth environments where things move quickly and sometimes break. You take pride in ensuring processes are correct, on time, and well-organized.
