The People Operations Associate is a critical operational role responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of pre-boarding and onboarding processes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for team member questions, ensuring accurate HR data, reliable systems, and adherence to established processes. Key responsibilities include monitoring task completion across the onboarding workflow, proactively following up with new hires, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to close gaps, and maintaining clean, accurate HR data that leadership relies on for decision-making.
