Salary: USD 70,304 - 86,500 / annual
Fabletics seeks a detail-oriented People Operations Associate to support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to a smooth employee experience across the full lifecycle. You will coordinate workflows, maintain accurate HRIS data, and support execution of core processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility. Working cross-functionally, you'll manage compliance-driven initiatives and help keep critical work moving across the organization.
Key responsibilities include: partnering cross-functionally to evaluate, document, and optimize People Operations workflows for efficiency and scalability; project managing compliance-driven initiatives such as regulatory requirements; supporting rollout of new People Ops processes including documentation and change management; triaging and resolving requests spanning Workday navigation, HRIS requests, onboarding logistics, and lifecycle questions; entering and auditing HR transactions in Workday HCM & Benefits (promotions, transfers, compensation adjustments, job changes, terminations); supporting routine data pulls and reporting from Workday; building and maintaining standard operating procedures for recurring processes; and identifying repetitive workflows to surface efficiency recommendations.
You bring 2-4 years of HR operations, HR shared services, or People Ops experience with hands-on Workday HCM transaction processing. You have owned or supported onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration end-to-end. Familiarity with HR or IT ticketing platforms (FreshService, ServiceNow, or equivalent) is required. You demonstrate strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, proactive ownership, and clear cross-functional communication. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency are essential. Ideal candidates bring foundational AI literacy and experience with generative AI tools, with a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies for productivity gains.
