As a People Onboarding Specialist on the People Operations team, you will design and manage the onboarding experience for new hires across Mistral's distributed global workforce (Europe, North America, Asia, Middle East). You'll ensure every new joiner feels prepared and welcomed from offer acceptance through their first weeks and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and manage onboarding journeys for new hires across multiple regions
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve onboarding programs and resources
- Ensure equipment and resources are ready before each employee's start date
- Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions, orientations, and integration milestones
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, IT, and Workplace teams to keep processes aligned and effective
- Measure onboarding effectiveness using data and drive improvements
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions
- Manage travel, transportation, and accommodation logistics for new joiners requiring support
You should have experience delivering end-to-end onboarding or employee programs, strong project management and communication skills, and comfort working across teams. You'll need an analytical approach to tracking outcomes, hands-on attitude, confidence with HR technology (HRIS, payroll systems), and a genuine desire to create welcoming, consistent experiences for new colleagues.
