The People Generalist role sits at the center of the People & Talent team, bridging People Business Partners, People Operations, and Talent functions. You'll own the connective work across all three areas, ensuring the team can focus on strategy and business impact as the company scales.
Key responsibilities include:
**Onboarding & Lifecycle Operations:** Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires. Manage employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, manager changes, departures) with accuracy for downstream comp, performance, and reporting. Maintain accurate records across ChartHop, ADP, and Leapsome. Identify inefficiencies and propose AI-enabled solutions to automate recurring processes.
**People Programs Support:** Coordinate and administer company-wide programs including surveys, learning & development, engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives. Develop program materials, communications, manager resources, and documentation. Gather and organize employee feedback and operational data to evaluate program effectiveness. Partner on continuous improvement of performance calibration and manager-accountability work.
**Business Partner Support:** Track policy rollouts, handbook acknowledgments, and compliance postings across the multi-state footprint. Provide operational support to business partners on employee relations matters.
