Garner Health is seeking a People Experience Senior Manager to lead Employee Experience and Facilities functions for a fast-growing healthcare technology company. Reporting to the Head of People with two direct reports, this role is responsible for designing and scaling programs, environments, and systems that enable high performance across the organization. Key responsibilities include designing and continuously improving onboarding experiences for new hires, building recognition and milestone programs that celebrate employee achievements, architecting high-quality offsites and social events that strengthen collaboration, and defining hybrid work practices that maximize efficiency and inclusion. You will oversee office operations and manage the Office Manager to ensure seamless in-office experiences, own vendor selection and budget management across Facilities and Employee Experience, and partner with Finance and IT on real estate planning as the company scales. The ideal candidate brings experience across both startups and mature companies, with at least 2 years leading an Employee Experience function and 1 year leading Facilities. You should excel at managing multiple strategic and operational workstreams simultaneously, think systemically about scalability, and possess strong analytical and technical abilities including proficiency in Google Sheets and similar tools. Proven ability to build and lead high-impact teams with a high execution bar is essential. You should believe deeply that employee experience directly enables business performance and are motivated to join a mission-driven, fast-growing team operating with intense urgency and authentic feedback. The role is based in Garner's New York City office (Financial District) with a hybrid requirement of 3 days per week on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). The company is transforming healthcare by partnering with employers to redesign benefits using data-driven insights, guiding employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care.
